Instructions:
Boil the potatoes the day before, then peel and mash them. Add the curd cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, and salt. Work the dough and roll it into 50-gram portions. Pit the plums and replace the pit with a sugar cube in each plum, then stuff the dumplings. Mix the ground poppy seeds with powdered sugar and clarify the butter.
In a pot, bring water to a boil, then drop in the dumplings and cook them until they float to the surface. Once done, place them on a plate, sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds, pour over the clarified butter, and enjoy your meal!
