Café Buddha hosts Japanese cooking and sushi preparation courses at its sister restaurant PRU58 in Holešovice. In the advanced course, you’ll also learn to make more complex sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, or California rolls in tempura, seaweed salad, and more.
